This is not your ordinary company, as it's run by kids. You may be thinking, "Oh, let's just move on, these kids are just playing around on the web." But we aren't your ordinary kids. Welcome to Planet M, the business founded by a 12-year-old homeschooler, Malcolm McSwain. He has a vision. He has a dream. He wants to make a company that focuses not in one catergory, but everything. Think of combining an Apple Store and a Whole Foods Market, and you have the basic idea of a Planet M Store. At least in Malcolm's vision. The company was started in 2008, just making a hand-written magazine called "Comix from doomsday." It had the first Planet M Logo printed on it. Soon after, Malcolm released Planet M Air, a communication service via email. Still not impressive, until he slowly began to form it into a company in 2010. By 2011, he had his own website, and lots of customers and friends. In 2012, 2 years after he began homeschooling, he started "hiring" his homeschooled friends. That same year, he wrote his first novel. After that, the Planet M you're looking at right now, was formed.
